(45 minutes). Bootcamp style class focusing on full body strength exercises. Please bring a towel and water bottle.

(50 minutes). Prepare yourself for lunges, presses, curls and squats to increase muscle strength. This class will challenge you with body weight exercises and dumbbells.

(75 minutes). Please join 5 minutes early to make sure that all is working. Equipment: mat or a soft blanket, a scarf, blocks (or equivalent).
(60 minutes). This class works every major muscle group. Get your body into shape with high repetition exercises using dumbbells and body weight.
(55 minutes). Work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core. This program is available by registration or drop in.
(50 minutes). The first half of the class is focused on light cardio exercises. The second half is concentrated on abdominal and core muscles.
